As a reminder:

• The Internship Director may conduct a site visit while the student is on the internship.  Please let us know if you would like for us to visit your site.
   
• Your evaluation of the intern(s) is a continual process beginning with setting standards at the outset of the work period.  The intern’s performance should be reviewed mid-way through the assignment and at the end of the work period.
   
• Please plan to meet with the intern and complete final student internship evaluation form.  Mail or fax that form to the Internship Office.  You can use your internal performance appraisal form or the one provided by the internship office.  If you need a copy of the form, click here to download it in a Word Document format.
